“My Eurosubsidy” loan for agricultural producers

The product „My Eurosubsidy” is intended for agricultural producers and farmers, beneficiaries of EU subsidies, cultivating rural land, crops, family fields and lawns.
Simplified and fast procedure for loan approvals, allowing funds to be used by farmers for cultivation or maintenance of their land in good agricultural and ecological condition.

Borrowers
Agricultural producers and farmers, beneficiaries of EU subsidies, cultivating arable land, permanent crops, gardens and grasslands.

Loan amount
Up to 85% of the approved subsidy

Loan purpose
Working capital for purchasing seeds, seedlings, fertilizers and others.

Grace period
Up until obtaining the subsidy from State Fund ‘Agriculture’

Annual interest rate
Base interest rate + negotiable risk allowance

Repayment term
Up until the payment of the approved subsidy by State Fund ‘Agriculture’ – Paying Agency, but no later than June 30th of the following year

Collateral
Pledge in accordance with the Law on Registered Pledges on the approved subsidy from the State Fund ‘Agriculture’ for the current campaign

Fees and commissions
As fixed in the Terms and conditions of International Asset Bank

Application documents

• Documents needed for application for a credit granted to legal persons.
• Certificate issued by Agriculture state fund confirming the amount of the subsidy and the parameters of the cultivated area.
• General application for a uniform area-based payment with filled in bank account at „International Asset Bank ”AD.
• Document for registration of the agricultural producer certified for the relevant year.
