Working capital loan

Purpose
Purchase of raw materials, goods or support of other operative activity of companies

Amount
Under negotiation, according to the customer needs and is extended in BGN or their equivalence in each currency traded on international money market.

Repayment period
Up to 36 months

Repayment schedule
According to the loan type:

• Monthly principal and interest installments and grace period up to 3 months.
• Diminishing credit ceiling of the credit line for the last months of the negotiated period.

Annual interest rate
Basic interest rate + margin /upon negotiation/
Preferential interest rates for customers that have paid on time at least one loan granted by the Bank.

Collateral
Collaterals must comply with the standard bank practices and Bulgarian legislation. Market evaluation is to be prepared by lincesed assessor nominated by the Bank

Fees and commissions
As fixed in Terms and Conditions of INTERNATIONAL ASSET BANK AD

Additional conditions

• Bank service of business operations under company accounts opened with INTERNATIONAL ASSET BANK AD
• Business history more than 12 months
• Loan amount and specific conditions are to be defined upon company business plan.
• Collateral insurance in favor of the Bank for loan period.
• Option for advance loan repayment without penalty fee

Additional services

• Opening of company employees’ card accounts for direct payroll transfer
• Option for overdraft under card accounts
• Option for deposit accounts enabling flexible operation of the resources
