Objective
- Investments improving energy efficiency in industrial processes through purchase of equipment, machine and instruments; technical support and consultation on the correct assembly of equipment; transport and logistic service.
- Exterior insulation of buildings irrespective of their sector.
- Improvement of heat source and heat transfer network.
Amount
From BGN 30,000.00 to BGN 3,000,000.00.
Company participation
The amount of company’s participation in the investment project should be minimum 10% of the value of the financed project, VAT excluded.
Term for debt liquidity
No more than 60 months
Servicing
Monthly contributions under the principal and interest amount with an option for a grace period.

Annual interest rate
Basic Interest Rate + extra as negotiated;
Security
- Partial credit guarantee issued by Energy efficiency Fund securing up to 80 % of the amount of the principle under the credit, but no more than BGN 800,000.00.
- Additional security – assets of the company or third liable parties. Their market evaluation is to be made by a certified assessor approved by the Bank.

Supplementary conditions
Projects meeting credit terms must:
- Have detailed energy-related project review, made by a company, authorized under Article 16 or Article 17 of the Energy Efficiency Act.
List of companies authorized under Article 16 of the Energy Efficiency Act.
List of companies authorized under Article 18 of the Energy Efficiency Act. - Minimum 50 % of the economic benefit must arise from substantiated energy saving.
- Implement well-known technology for energy saving (technologies that are not applied by now shall not be approved).
Supplementary services
- Opening of card accounts to the officers and the employees of a company for direct payroll transfer.
- Possibility for overdraft with card accounts.
Possibility for deposit accounts with flexible operation of the financial resources.
