Investment Loan

Aim - purchase of:

• Land and building;
• Construction and equipping of enterprises, offices and stores;
• Machine, equipment and vehicles (incl. second hand);
• Intangible assets (licenses, patents etc.);
• Infrastructural facilities;
  
  
  
  Amount
  
  The minimum project value is BGN 15,000.00 and the maximum value is BGN 3,000,000.00 or their equal value in each currency traded actively on international money markets.
  
  Company-own participation
  
  The amount of company-own participation in the investment project must be minimum 15 % of the price of the financed project, VAT excluded.
  
  Term of debt liquidation
  Up to 120 months.
  
  Servicing
  Monthly contributions under the principal and interest amount. The principal amount is to be paid after the grace period corresponding with the term for putting into operation of investment project facilities.
  
  Annual interest rate
  
  Basic Interest Rate + extra as negotiated (depending on project-related risks and return on investment term).
  Preferential interest rates for customers that have paid in a timely manner at least one credit granted by the Bank.
  
  Security
  
  Security must comply with the standard bank practices and the operative legislation. Market evaluation is to be prepared by licensed assessor nominated by the Bank.
  Assets, subject to the investment project, are also accepted as security.
  
  Fees and commission charges
  
  As fixed in Tariff of INTERNATIONAL ASSET BANK AD
  
  Supplementary terms
• Bank servicing of company operations under accounts opened with INTERNATIONAL ASSET BANK AD.
• The company must have no less than 12-month business history.
• Credit amount and specific terms are to be defined on the grounds of business project.
• Security insurance in favor of the Bank until credit payment.
• Option for advance debt servicing without a penalty charge.
  
  Supplementary conditions
• Opening of card accounts for the employees and officers of a company for direct payroll transfer.
• Option for overdraft under card accounts.
• Option for deposit accounts enabling flexible operation of the resources.
