INTERNATIONAL ASSET BANK AD shall consult and finance projects of its customers which will furnish an application under operational programs Regional Development, Development of the Competitiveness of Bulgarian Economy, Human Resource Development, Rural Development Program 2007-2013, Fishery and Aquaculture Development Program 2007-2013.

Regional Development Operational program. shall support measures for urban reconstruction and renewal, tourism development, design of local and regional transport schemes and integrated initiatives for regional and local development

Human Resource Development Operational program shall support projects focused on acquisition of expanded knowledge and skills. The goal is to affirm the practice of pursuing professional studies throughout one’s life and secure higher quality of workforce and access to quality education and training. The program shall finance projects guaranteeing equal opportunities and enhancing the development of social economics and improvement of labor conditions.

Development of the Competitiveness of Bulgarian Economy Operational program was designed to finance operations that would increase the efficiency of enterprises, support business environment development, improve the access to financing and trigger economic growth based on knowledge and innovation. Program beneficiaries may count on program financing to strengthen the international market positions of Bulgarian business persons.

Rural Development Program 2007-2013 – This program supports projects on organization of farms managed by young farmers; modernization of sectors boasting with tradition and export potential like the production of wine, fruits, vegetables, milk, meat, honey, oil-bearing crops, grain fodders, tobacco, wheat grinding, biological agriculture. Moreover, the program funds the improvement in the infrastructure of rural municipalities, as well as non-agricultural activities. Fishery and Aquaculture Development Program 2007-2013 is aimed at securing sustainable environmental-friendly management of natural resources, good profit for the fishing fleet, sustainable development of aquaculture involving processing industry and marketing, growth in fishermen’s income and improvement in the living conditions in the coastal zones.
The Bank shall inform, consult and issue bank guarantees and bank references to subcontractors working on projects under Transport; and Environment Operational programs.

Transport Operational program supports investments in construction, national road and railway infrastructure modernization and rehabilitation, the improvement in transport communications with neighbouring countries and shipping and safety of marine and river routes of Bulgaria, development of combined transport network and sustainable urban transport.

Environment Operational program supports investments related to construction of infrastructure on tap and sewage water, waste treatment, protection and restoration of biodiversity.
