a technical achievement securing high degree of
safety.

of the European Union as regards payments in S.W.I.F.T. environment is
made upon strict observance of the regulations on protection of the personal data within the EU.
Currently, the transactions effectuated through S.W.I.F.T. are processed in the
informational centers located not only on the territory of the EU but in the
USA also.

The American authorities may obtain access to the personal data on the grounds of USA Anti-Terrorism and Anti- Money Laundering legislation.
