Annual general meeting of the shareholders of the International Asset Bank

On 18 June 2009, in Sofia head office of International Asset bank the annual general meeting of the shareholders of the bank was held.
The general meeting take a decision to change the object of the Bank's activities amendment to the Law on Credit Institutions.
During 2009 the Bank celebrates its 20-th anniversary from established. Through these years of rapid growth of the banking system International Asset Bank strengthened its reputation of a stable and reliable financial institution.
