Annual general meeting of the shareholders of the International Asset Bank

     On 26 February 2009, in Sofia head office of International Asset bank the annual general meeting of the shareholders of the bank was held.

     The sum of all assets, managed by the bank reached the amount of 569 million at end of 2008, and their growth compared to 2007 is 46 million BGN. The profit of the bank after tax amounting to 5 696 000 BGN is carried to Reserve Fund of the bank.

     The indexes of return capital (RoE) and return on assets (RoA) in 2008 year are respective relevant:13.22% and 1.20%.

     Grant credits and payments of customers are 329 million BGN or 58% all assets.
     А total capital adequacy of the bank is 15.35%
     A deposit base of the bank is reached the amount of 48 million BGN.
     Five new offices and one new branch were opened in Sofia during 2008 years.

     During 2009 the Bank celebrates its 20-th anniversary from established. Through these years of rapid growth of the banking system International Asset Bank strengthened its reputation of a stable and reliable financial institution.
