International Asset Bank is launching two new credit products to support energy efficient credits

As result of the signed general frame cooperation agreement between International Asset Bank and Energy Efficiency Fund the Bank is launching two new credit products for energy efficiency Energy Asset and Energy Asset +. These are investment credits amounting from BGN 30,000.00 to BGN 3,000,000.00. They must be refunded in 5-year term and they are targeted at implementation of energy-efficient projects involving purchase of equipment, machine and instruments, exterior insulation of buildings, improvement of heat source and heat transfer network etc.

Precondition for financing of program projects is to furnish detailed energy-related site assessment, prepared by an authorized company, where minimum 50% of the economic profit must result from substantiated energy saving.

Owing to the subscribed agreement the Bank grants program credits under relaxed requirements on security.
