To access the Internet Banking service you will need to make sure you have Internet access and Microsoft Windows 98, 2000 or ХР with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.x/6.0 installed on your computer.
Follow these steps:
1. Select 'Tools' from the browser menu bar. Select 'Internet Options' from the drop down list. Select 'Security' tab. Select the 'Default Level' option in the bottom right corner.
2. Select 'Privacy' tab. Click on the 'Advanced' button. Ensure the following options are enabled (ticked):
- Override automatic cookie handling
- First-party Cookies : Accept,
- Third-party Cookies : Accept
- Always allow session cookies.
3. Click 'OK' in the 'Advanced Privacy Settings' window to confirm the changes and then click 'OK' again in the "Internet Options" window to close it.
When you’re done using the “Internet Banking” service it is recommended to use the ‘logoff’ button located at the bottom left angle. If not so, in case of second login attempt within 15 minutes from the first one, the system will not allow you to enter for security reasons. If you wish to resume your work you should wait for 15 minutes before logging.
